Asian gin & tonic Pack Synaesthesia
A low-alcohol gin tonic in which we flavour separately 4 flavoured gin profiles and then make a blend of them. These flavour profiles are as follows, the first which we redistillate (flavour) from lemongrass-kaffir leaves (makrut) and galangal, the second from shiitake mushroom, the third from fresh coriander and the fourth and last from green jalapeño pepper and fresh basil. We then make a blend of all of these, enhancing the sweetness of the mixture with a cordial made by hydrolyzing black pepper and containing citric acid acidity that helps the product maintain the proper nutritional quality prescribed by the chemical and nutritional rule. Finally, we add tonic water and proceed to carbonation and bottling of our product.
